I am so happy with this product. I love that it is plant based so it fits right in with my diet. The taste is not quite what I expected but I just mix it in with my smoothie and its fine. I have been using it for 30 days and the first result I noticed is I am losing less hair. I am excited to see more results as I continue to have it in my morning ritual.
