Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of gloriousdaily.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to purchase from us.

Products & Health Disclaimer

Our products are dietary supplements and foods. Nothing on this Site is medical advice, and our products are not a substitute for advice from your physician or another qualified health provider. Always consult your doctor before starting any supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Ordering & Payment

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy, which we accept when we confirm and ship your order. We may refuse or cancel any order — for example where we suspect fraud, where a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, or where stock has run out. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.

Prices, promotions, and discounts may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been placed. Promotional pricing cannot be applied retroactively to earlier orders.

Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal

Some of our products are offered on a subscription basis. By starting a subscription, you authorize us to charge your saved payment method the stated amount at the stated interval (for example monthly, quarterly, or every 6 months) until you cancel. The price and billing frequency are always shown at checkout before you subscribe.

You can cancel at any time from your My Account page, or by emailing support@gloriousdaily.com. Cancellation takes effect from your next billing date — orders already billed and shipped are covered by our Refund Policy below. If the price of your subscription ever changes, we will notify you before the new price takes effect, and you can cancel before you are charged.

Shipping Times

All items are dispatched from our Texas, USA based warehouse within 7 working days by USPS, DHL or UPS unless stated otherwise.

Once an order is delivered to the shipping address you provided, responsibility for the products passes to you. If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, email us and we will make it right.

Refund Policy

Our returns policy is quite simple — you have 90 days to try our products. If you don’t love them, you have two options:

• Store credit or exchange — full value. Choose store credit or an exchange for a different product and we’ll credit you the full amount you paid, even if the pouch has been opened.
• Money back — unopened pouches. Return any unopened pouches in re-sellable condition and we’ll refund them to your original payment method on a pro-rata basis (the amount you paid for those pouches).

In short, we will make it right and do our utmost to ensure you are satisfied.

To start a return, email us at support@gloriousdaily.com and we’ll guide you through the process. Please don’t ship anything back until you’ve heard from us — we’ll send you return instructions, and returns sent without them may not be traceable to your order.

This policy covers purchases made on gloriousdaily.com. If you bought one of our products on Amazon or another marketplace, returns are handled through that marketplace’s own process.

Intellectual Property

The Site and everything on it — including our brand names, logos, product formulations, photography, videos, and written content — belong to Glorious Alternatives Corporation or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them for any commercial purpose without our written permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to interfere with its operation or security, scraping content, placing fraudulent orders, abusing discount codes or our refund policy, or impersonating another person. We may suspend or refuse service where we reasonably believe this is happening.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and tools. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Site and our products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify Glorious Alternatives Corporation against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your purchase will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing any claim, please contact us first — we genuinely want to resolve issues directly.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms (including the Refund Policy) from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the “Last updated” date above will always reflect the current version.

Changes will not affect orders that have already been placed — the terms in force when you ordered are the ones that apply to that order.
