Shipping Times

All items are despatched from our Texas, USA based warehouse within 7 working days by USPS, DHL or UPS unless stated otherwise.

Refund Policy

Our returns policy is quite simple — you have 90 days to try our products. If you don’t love any of them, simply return the product and we’ll exchange it for a different product or give you store credit.

We offer a full pro rata refund for any unopened bags that are returned in a re-sellable condition. In short, we will make it right and do our utmost to ensure you are satisfied.

Unfortunately, as we are quite generous with free shipping and other discounts, we only offer store credit or exchanges for unopened bags.

Standard Warranty

All products come with a standard warranty of 30 days from receipt of the product. If a product is found to be defective within that time we will send a replacement to you completely free of charge.

Modification of the Return Policy

We reserve the right to modify the terms of our return policy at any time. Any changes made will be effective immediately and will be communicated clearly on our website.
